The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine integrates a full-automatic control cabinet, a flocculation quenching and tempering tank, a sludge concentrating and dewatering body, and a liquid collecting tank. The main body is a filtering device in which a fixed ring and a floating ring are stacked on each other, and a spiral shaft passes through the filtering device. The front section is the concentration section and the rear section is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the swimming ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually become smaller from the condensing section to the dewatering section. The screw shaft continuously drives the ring to clean the filter slot to prevent blockage. The rotation of the screw shaft, while pushing the sludge from the thickening section to the dewatering section, and the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, generates a large internal pressure, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
